Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adult and geriatric clients, and possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client independence
- Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
