Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients in their homes.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functional status, including muscle function, endurance, and ADL performance.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Continually assess and revise the occupational therapy care plan as needed.
