BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to clients in their homes.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work independently and manage your caseload, while receiving support from our experienced staff and access to ongoing training and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functional status, including muscle function, endurance, visual coordination, written and verbal communication skills, and ADL and IADL performance.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Evaluate home environments for hazards or barriers to more independent living and identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
Requirements:
- A current Maryland Occupational Therapist license.
- Prior home care experience preferred but not required.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
