We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend RN for Home Health Visits. This role will involve working with our office in Hyannis, MA, providing care to clients in their homes in Hyannis, Yarmouth, Orleans, and surrounding towns.
As a BAYADA RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families. You will be responsible for administering medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures, as well as monitoring clients' conditions and reporting changes to our Clinical or Client Services Manager.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
