We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services. Our RNs work with adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis, visiting territories throughout Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland County.

Your Responsibilities
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Comply with all state/local mandates as an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider
