**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health
**Location:** Sussex County, DE
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Sussex County. As a full-time Registered Nurse with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will have the opportunity to provide meaningful 1:1 patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform home health visits with adult patients throughout lower Sussex County
- Follow a personalized plan of care based on physician orders
- Administer skilled nursing care including wound care, medication administration, and treatments
- Coordinate care with other disciplines (PT, OT, HHAs, etc.)
- Accurately document patient care using an electronic medical record (EMR) system
