BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) for our Western Nassau County & Queens Borough. This office provides best in class care to Pediatric & Adult clients.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager:
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our Adult & Pediatric clients and conduct assessments in Western Nassau County & Parts of Queens Borough.
- Develop the Adult & Pediatric care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise nursing staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation for new nurses.
- Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.
Qualifications for a Clinical Manager:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Home care experience preferred
- Trach /vent experience or an interest in learning.
- 2 years of Supervisory experience highly preferred.
