The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for providing best-in-class talent acquisition services through consultative recruitment of diverse talent and cultivating internal relationships across the organization.
This role will partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand their business and talent needs, ensuring high-quality candidates are presented in a time-effective manner.
The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate on diverse sourcing and recruitment strategies, build trusted advisor relationships, provide best-in-class candidate experiences, leverage critical thinking and influencing skills, promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through the talent selection process, and utilize market tools and data to meet hiring needs.
This mid-level professional track position offers training and continuing education to support career growth within BAYADA Home Health Care. The ideal candidate should exhibit an intermediate competency level in primary responsibilities listed below.
Key Responsibilities:

- Build successful position profiles, clarify required job skills, use best sourcing strategies and techniques, and leverage market data/intelligence to inform recruitment strategy
- Find and attract diverse candidates, promoting cross-practice collaboration to support enterprise growth and initiatives
- Utilize office Talent Selection process effectively with all openings, preparing hiring teams (interviewers) with structured interview plans defined through strategic intake approaches, presenting interviewer feedback and assessment results during structured selection debriefs to make final hiring decisions
- Persuasively communicate advantages of BAYADA to candidates, overcoming typical objections in the hiring process, negotiating effectively, gaining commitment to achieve results, and advocating for positive candidate experiences
- Motivate success when faced with adversity, showing enthusiasm and actively participating in team discussions, events, and projects
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, focused selection methodologies, diversity recruitment solutions, and selection review
- Leverage organizational strategy and labor market knowledge to find top talent
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for assigned business partners, focused on creative sourcing methods to identify high-potential talent, while anticipating changing needs of hiring managers and businesses supported
- Build and maintain strong internal networks with key stakeholders, providing consultative guidance on interviewing and selection best practices
- Serve as a thought leader and innovator in the talent acquisition industry, using social media in unique, creative, and comprehensive ways to build BAYADAs employer brand
- Source, engage, and close passive candidates using various creative, cost-effective, and diverse methods, including direct sourcing, networking, internet research, non-traditional searches, and employee referrals
- Provide consultative guidance to hiring teams on process improvement and effective staffing/hiring techniques, advising key stakeholders of recruitment roadblocks, process improvement recommendations, and collaboration of mutual hiring goals
- Champion BAYADAs commitment to the candidate experience and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, working to identify talent for open and future positions
- Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff
- Perform related duties or as required or requested by supervisor
