What You’ll Do
The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various departments. You will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process that aligns with our organizational goals and culture. You will support the Arcadia Family of Companies in all staffing, onboarding, and HR related duties.

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Compensation
Annual Salary Range: $50,000.00 to $73,000.00
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent for both clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Proactively source, screen, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and phone screenings to offer negotiation and onboarding, in a high-volume environment.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics, providing guidance on market trends, job descriptions, and hiring best practices to enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs, and networking events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Serve as an AFC ambassador, representing company values and culture throughout the recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Promote AFC as an employer of choice by conducting recruitment presentations at healthcare schools, universities, and community events.
- Manage relationships with temporary staffing agencies to support departmental needs.
- Coordinate staffing efforts for the AFC Workforce Center, an internal staffing program that offers employees additional shift opportunities on an assignment basis.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement, reporting key hiring metrics and challenges to management.
- Ensure adherence to company recruitment processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for timely candidate communication and follow-up.
HR Reporting & Compliance
- Serve as the lead contact, in collaboration with the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development, to generate required reports and supporting documents for Department of Health surveys, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations by tracking and updating employee infection control and licensing records (e.g., TB & Hepatitis B, healthcare licensing, and certifications).
- Support the review and generation of reports to ensure all employee credentials remain current and valid across the Arcadia Family of Companies.

Skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience: 2-4 years of high-volume recruiting experience, with at least 1 year of experience in human resources (preferably in the healthcare industry).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment is preferred.
- Proven Success: Track record of achieving results in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ADP for Recruitment (or other ATS systems), Microsoft Office Suite, and Canva.
- S oft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a results-driven mindset.
