Senior Home Health Care Professional

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled healthcare professional to manage Medicare certified services in Hudson and Essex Counties.

This position requires a seasoned leader with experience in managing client care, customer service, and business operations.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing office operations, including business development, budgeting, planning, recruiting, and fiscal management.
• Ensuring the quality and appropriateness of services provided by staff to maintain compliance and client satisfaction.
• Leading, inspiring, and motivating others to provide exceptional care.
• Building relationships with employees, referral sources, and community resources to grow this Medicare certified home health office.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 3 years of management experience within a Medicare certified home care agency.
• Experience building, leading, coaching, and mentoring teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare COPs for Home Care.
• Clinical licensure as an RN or PT is a plus.
• Prior experience with Home Care Home Base or similar EMR software.
• A proven track record of goal achievement and successfully taking on increased responsibility with positive results.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• The ability to lead people and achieve results through others.
• A history of developing successors.
• The provision of quality care while continually increasing the number of clients served.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to ongoing learning and good judgment.
