Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hospice Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with referral sources in the community to promote BAYADA Home Health Care services and expand our hospice services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Generating referrals for in-home hospice services by building relationships with physicians, long-term care facilities, and other community resources.
- Conducting market analysis; developing sales strategy, goals, and plans.
- Conducting sales calls and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity.
