This is a full-time or part-time, pay per point position that offers flexible scheduling for work/life balance. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, using your clinical skills and compassionate heart to treat clients where they want to be most.
- You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapy Professional, you will:
- Provide expert physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active and current license to practice as a professional Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of PA.
- Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you.
