As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting home visits to assess clients' needs and developing individualized treatment plans. You will also provide expert therapy services to address speech, language, and communication challenges.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania.
- Possession of a certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association, or equivalent education and experience.
- Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
