Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Newport Center, Vermont.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
**Clinical Responsibilities**
- Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Assessing clients' physical needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Providing manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to help clients achieve optimal mobility and function.
**Requirements**
- A current Vermont Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
