Title: Accounts Specialist
Facility: Remote (Must reside in Florida)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for both business development and administrative support for the Account Executive outside sales team.
- Help to maintain and support clinic inquiries for small to medium size accounts.
- Requires advanced organization skills with attention to detail, Microsoft Office computer skills for the development of presentations, proposals and reports as well as experience in customer service, and knowledge of clinical processes for Q&A support.
- Work directly with Senior Account Executives to facilitate account support, client meeting preparations including presentations, and completion of reports and mailer lists.
- Monitor and maintain department deadlines, obligations and performance.
- Maintain a detailed task and follow-up to do list.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work with cross functional teams within the Employer Engagement team to coordinate projects, deliverables that generate ROI, as well as awareness and interest within the employer market.
- Acts as liaison between small to medium sized employers and clinic facilities, coordinates and performs other duties as assigned.
- Relevant experience includes healthcare, marketing, and/or business development.

Experience & Education Requirements:
- Required - 3 years relevant experience with Associates Degree in related field
- Required - 5 years relevant experience with High School or equivalent
