Job Description
The Cardiac Cath Lab Tech serves as a member of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team assisting in diagnostic and invasive procedures with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include scrubbing in for procedures, using hemodynamic systems to monitor patients, and documenting procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical or Associate's degree in Radiology ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) 1 year experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or Electrophysiology
- Associates in Respiratory RRT (Respiratory Therapy), Active NBRC Credential for RRT 1 year experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or Electrophysiology
- Graduate of Cardiovascular Technology (CVT) Program/Degree and No Experience
- 3 years of Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or Electrophysiology in lieu of education
