What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Relations Representative position at BayCare?

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for collaborating with the Customer Relations Team across BayCare Health System.
- In charge of receiving all intake calls, identifying next steps for submission of the complaint or grievance, and entering into Prism.
- Work with all levels of leadership, resolve and escalate incoming phone calls, and provide feedback/next steps to the caller.
- Support Customer Relations Specialists (CRS) daily with various communications workflow for all regions including but not limited to: emails, voicemails, faxes, mail correspondence, survey responses and written documents.
- Coordinate and set-up meetings for team, organize calendars and reminders for teams.
- Drafting and finalization of meeting minutes for system.
- Coordinate team logistical needs.
- Work with all departments necessary including IT, EVS, Facilities, Security, Leadership, etc. to ensure coordination, flow, and flexibility.
- Proofreading correspondence and other collaterals i.e., patient correspondence to meet CMS guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years of Office Coordination.; Preferred - 5 years - Healthcare.
- Education: HS Graduate or Equivalent GED
Preferred Skills:
- Ability/ Knowledge to work computer programs (Prism and Sorian)
- General medical/insurance knowledge
