The Facilities Support Assistant is responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to facilities leadership
- Timekeeping
- Contract / vendor management
- Computerized maintenance and management system (CMMS) site management
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Purchasing

Minimum Qualifications:
Education
Required - High School or Equivalent
Experience
Required - 3 years in Administrative Support or relevant field
