Summary:
- Provides overall support to the TR Recruitment process, assuring compliance with regulatory standards, and performing other duties as assigned in any of the TR Recruitment functions.
- Facilitates TR process for all BayCare new hires/rehires during onboarding process.
- This includes entering new hires and rehires into the system of record (inclusive of licensure, special rates, call pay, level 2 information, etc) as well as validating existing team member information.
- Greets all team members, creates and distributes badges to appropriate locations, follows up on needed documentation and answers all TR questions.
- Follows-up with appropriate individual when background check provides evidence of concern or discrepancies with candidate application.
- As assigned, completes FCRA notices on background discrepancies and tracks compliance.
- Completes and submits Relocation and Bonus agreements on a timely basis.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience:
- Required - 1 year - Human Resources
- Or - 2 years - Customer Service/Healthcare
- Preferred - 3 years - Human Resources.
Education:
- HS Graduate or Equivalent GED
