Responsibilities:
- Report to the Director of Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO).
- Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company large, complex enterprise programs and projects.
- Aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.
- Assists in the development of new business and expanding product line.
- Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments.
- Responsible for overseeing a team of project managers within an assigned programs.
- Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget and within defined quality parameters.
- Acts as advisor to program sponsors and program teams regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
- Perform other duties assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10 years leading large complex enterprise projects including 7 years experience in program management is Required.
- 5 years of Organizational Change Management experience is Required.
- Required - Bachelors - Business Administration; Or - Bachelors - Related Field
- Preferred - Masters - Business; Preferred - Masters - Information Technology; Preferred - Masters - Healthcare
- Required - PMP (Project Management) - Certification
