Abilities, Credentials and Experience:
* Prior supervision/lead experience (2 years of experience)
* Demonstrated ability to work well with others
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Continuing Supervisor training
* 2 years of forklift experience
* Demonstrated ability to work with management to implement change when necessary
* Experience in creating team building activities
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
* Managing daily work schedules
* Working with team members to resolve production issues
* Developing team member training programs
* Effectively Implementing policies and procedures
* Assisting with the hiring of team members
* Ensuring quality control measures are in place and the department is a safe working environment for team
* Carrying out projects as assigned
* Assisting in inventory control and inventory counts
* Performing employee evaluations
* Supporting employee growth and development
* Addressing and managing disciplinary actions when required
* Conducting team meetings
* Filling in for daily production needs as needed
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
