Job Description
The Production Coordinator role plays a multifaceted part in production agriculture, supporting and optimizing field production processes. This dynamic position involves collaborating with Field Production Missions to plan and coordinate operational activities, ensuring seamless execution of production plans aligning with mission objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support the timely and efficient execution of production plans, aligning with mission objectives.
- Collaborate with Field Production Missions to plan and coordinate operational activities.
- Optimize resource allocation for field production, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to address operational challenges.
- Execute plans around production to meet export needs and tolling agreements with attention to certification and phytosanitary inspections.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a valid Driver's License is also necessary.
- Ability to work during days, weekends, and overtime as business needs require.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs (a bag of seed).
