**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Farm Hand to join our team. This role involves assisting in the cultivation and harvesting of sea asparagus and ogo, performing general farm maintenance, and supporting our kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the cultivation and harvesting of sea asparagus and ogo.
- Perform general farm maintenance and upkeep, including equipment operation and repair.
- Support our kitchen operations as needed, including food preparation and delivery.
- Deliver products to local markets or customers.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines on the farm.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
- Participate in training sessions for farm operations.
- Report any issues or concerns to farm management.
- Work collaboratively with other farm staff.
- Adhere to schedules and complete tasks in a timely manner.
