Director Customer & Business Insights (Oncology)
Bayer U.S. LLC's Whippany, NJ, office seeks a Director Customer & Business Insights (Oncology) to g enerate actionable insights to provide competitive advantage and drive Oncology revenue/profit growth. Dut ies include: (i) owning insights generation/analysis for Oncology brands, and delivering management presentations with key insights; (ii) driving primary market research recommendations and plans for Oncology brands; (iii) supporting brand strategy by leading Situational Analysis, providing input to Brand Plan, and global projects relevant to US Oncology; (iv) providing quarterly inputs for forecasting adjustments based on latest market/brand developments; (v) designing KPIs and monitoring the brand (vs. market) performance, executing various Marketing; and supporting development of Market intelligence vision and strategy; and (vi) serving as compliance and process steward.
Must have a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Health-Economics, Statistics, Sciences, Management/Business, Marketing, or a directly related field plus seven (7) years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in a related position.
Experience must include: (i) six (6) years working within management consulting or pharmaceutical industry in an analytical/strategic capacity; (ii) three (3) years leading market research programs to drive actionable insights for the brand teams- both Quant and Qual projects; (iii) five (5) years working within the pharmaceutical sales/marketing projects/domain; (iv) pharmaceutical commercial data assets such as (not limited to) IQVIA, Optum, Symphony, PPS etc.; (v) working within the Oncology therapy area; and (vi) delivering presentations to senior leadership.
Experience can be concurrent.
