We are seeking a Process Generalist to support and enable all onsite process operations using inputs from internal and external resources to ensure site personnel have a clear understanding of production goals, materials, standards, and objectives required to meet the needs of upstream and downstream customers.
The Process Generalist will be responsible for:
- Setting and maintaining quality and production standards;
- Safely delivering quality supply based on production schedules;
- Maintaining an efficient operation;
- Supporting the End 2 End mission team;
- Providing timely technical support;
- Mentoring less experienced Production technicians;
- Ensuring compliance with hazardous work permits and site environmental permits;
- Driving the adoption of 5S practices;
- Utilizing Focused Improvement techniques;
- Initiating periodic communication with Planning, Forecasting, and production teams;
- Sharing Key Performance Indicators on visual boards;
- Participating in DDS meetings;
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or related field with 2 years of relevant experience;
- High School Diploma and 7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations, technical support or safety;
- Valid Driver's License;
- Critical thinking skills;
- Ability to lift 60lbs;
- Flexibility to work varying shifts;
