Job Summary:
Join our team as a Regulatory Affairs/Documentation Specialist to support the management of state regulatory activities for crop protection products. You will play a crucial role in obtaining and maintaining registrations, communicating with regulatory agencies, updating databases, processing fees, reviewing product labels, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. This hybrid position offers an initial 5-month contract with the potential for extension based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage state regulatory activities for product registrations
- Communicate with regulatory agencies regarding submissions and approvals
- Update and maintain regulatory databases and tracking systems
- Scan and file regulatory mail and supporting documents electronically
- Process payment of state registration fees
- Review product labels for accuracy
- Interpret and evaluate federal and state registration requirements
- Provide regulatory support to internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to inquiries for regulatory information
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed
Skills:
- BA/BS in science, business, or related field plus 2 years of professional experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
