Client: Industrial Manufacturing and Machinery Company
Employment Type: Contract; Contract-to-Hire

Role Description:
Develop, implement, and maintain AI-powered chatbots (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, private GPT models) to enhance employee productivity.
- Provide hands-on coding expertise for chatbot solutions, including automation of basic workplace functions.
- Design a scalable and sustainable AI framework to support long-term chatbot deployment and evolution.
- Work closely with leadership to translate business needs into functional AI solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Train team members on chatbot functionalities, best practices, and continuous improvement strategies.
- Gather feedback and refine AI models over time to enhance performance and usability.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience with Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT development
- Strong understanding of AI deployment tools and frameworks, particularly in enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and leadership.
- Ability to explain AI capabilities, limitations, and strategic benefits to non-technical stakeholders.
