The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI/ML implementation, chatbot development, and deployment. This role involves designing and developing conversational AI solutions that enhance user interactions and business automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Dialog flow CX to improve customer and internal user experiences.
- Design, train, and optimize AI/ML models for natural language processing (NLP) and chatbot automation.
- Integrate chatbots with various platforms, including enterprise applications, databases, and APIs.
- Enhance AI-driven conversational workflows by leveraging machine learning models and business logic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define chatbot requirements and ensure seamless implementation.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve chatbot performance using analytics and feedback-driven enhancements.
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML trends and advancements in chatbot technologies.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio for chatbot development and customization.
- Experience with Dialogflow CX, including designing conversation flows, managing intents, entities, and fulfillment.
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and implementation for chatbot automation.
- Proficiency in NLP, machine learning algorithms, and conversational AI frameworks.
- Experience integrating chatbots with cloud services, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or relevant AI/ML languages.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
