This role involves overseeing preventative and predictive maintenance projects, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring successful project execution in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead large-scale projects focused on preventative and predictive maintenance initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including global project managers and application leads.
- Utilize structured project management methodologies with an agile SDLC approach.
- Work onsite 2-3 days per week in the Milwaukee office to ensure project alignment and execution.
