Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced global payroll management professional to join our team at Bayforce.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new payroll features and updates, ensuring seamless integration with existing configurations. They will provide training and ensure understanding by the payroll processing team, configure and maintain payroll parameters within UKG Pro, including pay rules, tax calculations, deductions, and earnings codes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new payroll features and updates released by UKG, ensuring seamless integration with existing configurations.
- Provide training and ensure understanding by the payroll processing team.
- Configure and maintain payroll parameters within UKG Pro, including pay rules, tax calculations, deductions, and earnings codes.
- Collaborate with the UKG support team to troubleshoot complex system problems.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience with UKG Pro payroll configuration, including pay rules, tax calculations, deductions, and integrations with other HR systems.
- Experience creating / running BI reports.
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, compliance requirements, and relevant labor laws.
