Job Responsibilities
Responsible for daily operations of client eLab training environment and related data network.
Responds to work requests.
Monitors eLab network status and troubleshoots problems as required.
Assists with installation of new equipment and changes to existing equipment.
Acts as first level escalation of all network issues.
Works with internal resources and external vendors to resolve outstanding problems and issues.
Ensures adequate documentation and records are kept for all systems.
Must be flexible with work hours and willing to work some weekend and overtime as needed.

Technical Skill Requirements
Must possess hands-on experience with VMware ESX / ESXi v4.1 to v5.1 and vMotion.
Must have 5 years of in-depth experience writing and modifying PERL scripts.
Must have solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows XP / 7 / 8 versions.
Must have hands-on experience installing, configuring and supporting a variety of Cisco LAN / WAN platforms, Cisco firewalls and SSL / VPN, Cisco Wireless and Cisco VoIP.
Experience with DNS / DHCP and routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP and their application in a global company.
Must have outstanding troubleshooting skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or 7 years of Network Administration experience.
