Requirement :
- Knowledge of Distributed Processing Operations, procedures, and equipment
- Knowledge of problem-solving techniques
- Knowledge of the Client Service Manager product
- Knowledge of information security best practices
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) concepts
- Experience in configuration and use of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Symantec Endpoint Suite, and mobile device management solutions
- Skill in deploying and administering Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Skill in enterprise deployment solutions for desktop operating systems
- Skill in the removal of malware and recovery of system data
- Skill in the administering of Windows scripting techniques
- Ability to process information logically and solve problems
- Ability to remotely troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents
- Ability to develop and conduct classroom computer-based training related to distributed systems components
- Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple priorities and work assignments
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
