What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finish Carpenter position at Bayland Buildings, Inc.?
Bayland Buildings is actively seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter to work alongside crew members to complete the Finish Carpentry of our projects in Green Bay and neighboring areas. This position includes full-time employment, year-round work, complete with competitive compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to be part of our employee-owned company!
Core Responsibilities:
- Work with crew members performing finish carpentry on Commercial, Industrial & Agricultural projects
- Install trim and door frames, hang doors, and bath partitions
- Understand and follow a safe and quality work culture
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
Key Qualifications:
- Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height)
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Ability to operate hand/power tools and equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
- Committed to maintaining a safe work environment
