Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: South Mountain Restoration Center

Shifts Available:
- Shift (06:45 AM-15:15 PM/7:00 AM -3:00 PM)
- 3:00 PM-11:00 PM Shift (02:45 PM -11:15 PM)
- 11:00 PM -7:00 AM Shift (10:45 PM-07:15 AM)
Duration: 6 months contract (with possible extension)
Pay Rate: $53/hr ($28 on W2 $25 on per diem)
Weekly Per Diem: $1,000
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,120
Minimum Qualifications:
- Licensure: Requires a current Pennsylvania License Physical copy
- Experience: 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a long-term care (LTC) as an LPN setting, such as a nursing home or rehabilitation facility.
- Certifications: Current BLS card and COVID vaccination card.
- References: Two supervisor references with:
- Full Name
- Contact Number
- Title
- Facility Name
- Last 4 digits of SSN
Points to Confirm:
- Comfortable working for a minimum of 6 months.
- Comfortable working with psychiatric and intellectually disabled patients who may be occasionally violent.
- Acknowledgment of high patient ratios and demanding shifts.
