Job Title: RN – Med Surg (Night Shift)
Location: Seton Medical Center Harker Heights
850 W Central Texas Expy, Harker Heights, TX 76548
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $42.90/hr (W2)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Required Qualifications:
Completion of education required for Texas RN Licensure
Current RN License with Texas Board of Nursing OR Compact License
BLS (AHA) certification required upon hire
ACLS (AHA) certification within 6 months of hire
Must commit to completing a BSN degree within 4 years of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg hospital experience
Strong cardiac monitoring skills – ability to recognize abnormal rhythms and initiate appropriate response
Skilled in procedures, equipment use, troubleshooting, and hemodynamic monitoring
