Concierge: As a Senior Living Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being, comfort, and satisfaction of residents in a senior living community. You will serve as a point of contact for residents and their families, providing assistance, information, and coordinating various services to enhance their living experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Resident Assistance
- Greet residents and visitors warmly, providing a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Assist residents with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
2. Coordination of Services
- Coordinate and schedule services such as transportation, housekeeping, maintenance work orders, and social activities.
- -Resident point of contact for Bayley main campus (chapel, hair salon, fitness center etc.)
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services to residents.
3. Information Resource
- Provide information about community amenities, events, and programs to residents and their families.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about local services and relevant resources for seniors.
4. Communication
- Keep residents informed about community news and updates.
- Maintain open communication with residents, families, and staff to address concerns and foster a positive living environment.
5. Other Areas
- Assist in setting up Continental breakfast and happy hours
- Assist in maintaining clean and stocked coffee station
- Keep lobby tidied between housekeeping cleaning services
Required
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Empathy and understanding of the unique needs of seniors.
- Knowledge of local resources and services for seniors.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
