Your Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Foster a culture of safety and quality improvement within the ICU/CSU Units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing with a BSN required; MSN preferred
- 3-5 years of experience as a supervisor and acute care clinical skills
- Current professional nurse license issued and/or recognized by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
