Vista Physical Therapy, a proud member of the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) , is seeking a Physical Therapist / Clinic Director to lead our Dallas (Bainbridge Dr.) clinic. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Physical Therapist to take the next step in their career by leading a well-established outpatient orthopedic clinic.

What You’ll Do :

Lead daily operations and ensure clinical excellence in patient care.

Oversee and mentor a team of Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and support staff.

Manage clinic performance, including patient volume, scheduling, and operational efficiency.

Build strong relationships with local physicians, referral sources, and the community.

Evaluate, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

Stay up to date on industry advancements and foster professional development among staff.

What We’re Looking For :

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Texas (or ability to obtain licensure).

2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

Previous leadership, management, or mentorship experience is a plus!

Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow and develop the clinic.
