Job Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Richardson clinic, including scheduling, hiring, and ensuring clinic facilities are maintained.
- Provide strategic leadership in implementing ABA therapy, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
- Manage and support a team of BCBAs, BT/RBTs, and Operations Associate, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Supervise the delivery of ABA therapy services, ensuring they align with individualized treatment plans (ITPs) and client goals.
- Ensure all therapy programs meet or exceed quality standards and compliance regulations.
- Monitor the progress of clients, making adjustments to therapy protocols as necessary.
- Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families, providing regular updates on client progress and responding to concerns or questions.
- Build strong relationships with families, ensuring their involvement in the therapeutic process and providing them with tools and strategies to support their child at home.
- Conduct client intakes and assessments, providing recommendations for treatment plans and services.
- Ensure that all clinical services comply with state and federal regulations, as well as Mindcolor Autism’s internal policies and standards.
- Act as a liaison with local schools, community organizations, and other agencies to support client care and expand Mindcolor Autism’s presence within the Richardson area.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the clinic’s programs, identifying opportunities for improvement and new service offerings.
- Masters Degree or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification active and in good standing
- Active Adult and Child CPR First Aid/Certification (Recommend to be obtained prior to start date or no later than 30 business days after initial start date)
- Active QBS Safety Care Certification within 90 days of start date
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and mentor RBTs
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills across all formats and scenarios

- Primary language of communication in this role is English
