What We Are Looking For
The Assistant to Enrollment Management supports the university’s mission by providing administrative support to the Enrollment Services Leadership teams.
An Bachelor's degree, five years of relevant work experience, and a Christian faith are required. A Bachelor's degree and seven years of relevant work experience are preferred. A combination of education and work experience may be considered in lieu of the required degree and/or years of experience.
What You Will Do
- Budget and plan travel arrangements for Enrollment Services Leadership.
- Arrange training for Enrollment Services for compliance with all travel policies and procedures.
- Coordinate submission and proper entry of expense reports for reimbursement.
- Administrative support and special projects for Senior Director of SFA. Schedule meetings and calendar support.
- Maintain personnel files for all team members & coordinate with Enrollment Management Administrative Director and Hiring Manager for staff hiring, termination, position changes, & maintaining organizational charts
- Supervise Office Manager for Enrollment Services
- Coordinate the processing of contracts for Enrollment Services
- Manage Consultant Hiring/Onboarding
- Plan and schedule department meetings, training sessions, retreat & catering for Enrollment Services
- Organize, plan and document meetings for AECC Committee/Subcommittees
- Coordinate budget for Enrollment Services and project fiscal spending for all Enrollment Services initiatives
- Collaborate with other administrative offices, faculty and support staff on the behalf of Enrollment Services. Assist with division communications and correspondence for projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission.
- Comply with university policies.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
