About the Role

Responsibilities:
- Utilize evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed approach to help patients develop individualized coping techniques and symptom management skills
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other multidisciplinary team members to evaluate patient progress and develop aftercare and discharge plans
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of opioid use disorder
Qualifications:
- LCSW or LPC licensure required
- Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals
- Able to demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our patient population
- Ability to collaborate with compassionate and knowledgeable counseling team members
