You’ll work closely with clients, guiding them through recovery by developing personalized treatment plans and providing individual and group therapy sessions. Your expertise and support will empower clients to overcome addiction and build fulfilling lives.What You’ll Do:✅ Conduct screenings, assessments, and treatment planning
✅ Lead individual and group therapy sessions
✅ Provide crisis intervention and case management
✅ Collaborate with healthcare and criminal justice professionals
✅ Ensure compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards
✅ Maintain accurate and timely documentationWhat You Bring:✔ (Counselor) Bachelor's Degree in mental health counseling as well as hold a valid professional licensure✔(Clinician) Master’s degree in mental health counseling or related field
✔ 2-4 years of experience in mental health & substance use disorder treatment prefered
✔ Strong communication and collaboration skills
