About the Position
This is a part-time position working 9am-1pm on Tuesdays and every other Friday, with occasional travel to Oakdale on Tuesdays. You will be responsible for assessing patients, collecting data, and documenting progress. Additionally, you will counsel patients, supervise oral medication self-administration, and provide health education as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program (AANP)
- At least 6 months of experience in Addiction Medicine and Primary Care
- Current licensure in the state of Louisiana
- Knowledge of drug rehabilitation training
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
