Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and reservations effectively.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, including guest information and reservations into the system.
- Provide customer support by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity in communications.
- Maintain organized files for guest records and other administrative documents.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Exhibit strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the day.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred; Experience in Front desk or more.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic office software for data entry and file management.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communications.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members alike.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
