Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in Hotel. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of Hotel rooms , ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained.
• Execute custodial tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care to uphold high cleanliness standards.
• Manage housekeeping duties efficiently while adhering to established schedules and protocols.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and used safely to prevent accidents or damage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and sanitation standards is an advantage.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment, including carpet cleaning tools and floor care machinery.
• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
