Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of Hotel rooms , ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained.
- Execute custodial tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care to uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Manage housekeeping duties efficiently while adhering to established schedules and protocols.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and used safely to prevent accidents or damage.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and sanitation standards is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
