We are seeking a reliable and capable Assistant Hotel Manager to support the reopening and daily operations of our hotel. You’ll work closely with ownership and take the lead on managing staff, guest services, and the overall performance of the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Ensure rooms and common areas meet cleanliness and quality standards
- Manage guest services, resolve issues, and maintain satisfaction
- Track inventory and manage vendor relationships
- Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor occupancy, track bookings, and help adjust pricing
- Handle daily reporting and communicate updates to the owner
- Maintain compliance with safety and operational policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management
- Leadership skills and the ability to guide a small team
- Organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
