Duties

Key Responsibilities
- Assist ownership in renovation planning, contractor coordination, and light hands-on improvement tasks as needed
- Recruit, hire, and train front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring rooms and common areas meet quality and cleanliness standards
- Manage reservations, front desk duties, and guest experience to ensure satisfaction and positive reviews
- Monitor and manage budgeting, vendor relationships, and inventory control
- Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with local codes
- Develop and track marketing and occupancy strategies as the hotel reopens
- Foster a welcoming and respectful environment for both staff and guests

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
