We are seeking a bubbly and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team! If you love customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be the face of our hotel, responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. You’ll work independently to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure every guest has a memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

- Go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations and create memorable stays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
