Pay: $18 - $24 per hour (based on experience)

Baymont Hotel is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to help keep our hotel in top shape and ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. If you’re reliable, have a great attitude, and enjoy hands-on work, we’d love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
- Keep the hotel’s appearance clean and well-maintained.
- Maintain and clean the pool to ensure it meets safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
- Assist with routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Respond promptly to guest service requests related to maintenance.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and safely.
What We’re Looking For:
- No prior experience required – we’ll train the right person!
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent time management skills.
- Friendly and professional attitude to provide top-tier guest service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and general maintenance is a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
