We are looking for a talented Sales Representative.
A Sales Rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend products. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Position Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up by visiting potential customer.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Handle your customer product returns
- Process customer credit in timely manner
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Position Requirements
- Experience in selling seafood preferred but not required
- Must have a reliable car and be willing to drive 75% of the time
- Comprehensive training and ongoing support.
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Diligent and punctual
- A self-motivated individual that can multi-task.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
